The layout of the halls provides a large number and varied sizes of exhibition stands. Exhibitors can build their own stand or choose for a complete or upgraded shell scheme package offered by the organizer.

Standard Sizes

At the exhibition there are stands available with all kinds of sizes from 15 m2 to 400 m2. After receiving this booking-form you will receive a stand proposal from the organizer, based on the requested size and preferences. As soon as the stand location is accepted by the exhibitor, the organizer will send a confirmation letter together with the first invoice. Stand allocation is at the discretion of the organizers and the stand location will not be confirmed until first invoice has been paid. Confirmed location may be subject to change.

Space only is only possible from 15 sqm and above. Please note with space only you need to send the stand design for approval before June 7th, 2025.

Basic Shell Scheme Package Includes: modular walls, fascia panel(s) with company name and stand number, carpet, lighting, single power socket, consumption; connection charge, and a furniture package comprising a reception desk, a lockable cabinet, two chairs, a table and one waste bin, as well as daily cleaning.

Early bird: Application form before April 1, 2025

  • Early bird discount: € 20,- per m2 0,-

Options and additional costs

Below you find the available options for you reserved space or shell.

Co-exhibitors are only admissible if they fulfil the conditions for participation in the event and the information request on this application form for co-exhibitors has been entered correctly. Co-exhibitors are subject to the same conditions as the exhibitor.

First invoice of 50% will be sent after signing the application form.
Second invoice of 50% will be sent three months before the start of the event.
In case the Application is made within 4 months before the start of the event, there will be only 1 invoice for 100% of the booking costs.
Invoices should be paid within 14 days after the invoice date.

All our agreements and events are subject to our Exhibitor General Terms and Conditions.
These general terms contain a choice of forum clause as referred to in Article 25 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (Brussel I Regulation).

Stand information

Space only: 
• From 15m2 and above: €250,- per m2 


Basic Shell Construction:

• From 15m2 and above: €350,- per m2 


Upgraded Personalized Construction Package:

• From 15m2 and above: €545,- per m2 


Co-exhibitors:.. 
• Share stands €700,- per co-company. 


Multi storey:
• An additional €250,- per m2. Approval of the organizers is needed. Only allowed by stands over 50sqm and max. 50% of the space.  


Conditions: 
• Early bird: Application form before April 1, 2025. Discount of € 20 per m2.
 

Additional Fees and taxes: Euro 350-, including:
• Registration fee
• Environmental tax
• Communication fee including company info at web portal and online and hard copy catalogue  


Payment conditions: 
• First invoice of 50% will be sent after signing the application form
• Second invoice of 50% will be sent three months before the start of the event 
• In case the Application is made within 4 months before the start of the event (from May 2024 on) there will be only 1 invoice for 100% of the booking costs
• Invoices should be paid within 14 days after the invoice date.

Cancellation Fees: 

25% of the Reservation value from the moment the first invoice has been sent but more than 182 days before the first day of construction;

50% of the Reservation value, if the application is withdrawn less than 182 days but more than 93 days before the first day of construction;

75% of the Reservation value, if the application is withdrawn less than 93 days but more than 62 days before the first day of construction;

100% of the Reservation value, if the application is withdrawn less than 62 days but more than 32 days before the first day of construction;

120% of the Reservation value, if the application is withdrawn less than 32 days before the first day of construction.
