Standard Sizes

At the exhibition there are stands available with all kinds of sizes with a minimum size of 15 m2. After receiving this booking-form you will receive a stand proposal from the organizer, based on the requested size and preferences. As soon as the stand location is accepted by the exhibitor, the organizer will send a confirmation letter together with the first invoice. Stand allocation is at the discretion of the organizers and will not be confirmed until first 50% invoice has been paid. Confirmed location may be subject to change.

Complete Shell Scheme Package Includes: modular walls, fascia panel(s) with company name and stand number, carpet, lighting, single power socket, consumption; connection charge, and a furniture package comprising a reception desk, a lockable cabinet, two chairs, a table and one waste bin, as well as initial cleaning.

Co-exhibitors are only admissible if they fulfil the conditions for participation in the event and the information request on this application form for co-exhibitors has been entered correctly. Co-exhibitors are subject to the same conditions as the exhibitor.

Early bird: Application form before October 1 2020, down payment of 50% before 1 November 2020

Prices are excl. the turkish VAT 18% and excl. 0.948% stamp taxes.

Stand information



Space only: 
• From 15m2 and above: 210 USD per m2 

Standard shell scheme construction: 
• An additional 30USD per m2. 

Co-exhibitors:.. 
• Share stands 750USD per co-company. 

Multi storey:
• An additional 95USD per m2. Approval of the organizers is needed. Only allowed by stands over 50sqm and max. 50% of the space.  

Conditions: 
• Early bird: Application form before October 1 2020, down payment of 50% before 1 November 2020

Payment conditions:  If this application form is received before October 1st 2020, the exhibitor qualifies for the early bird booking conditions and the organizer will send an invoice of 50% of the total costs of the assigned stand space. The second invoice for 50% will be send to the exhibitor before 16 October 2020. Full payment before 1 November 2020. All invoices have to be paid within 21 days of the invoice date.

Should this application be made after December 1, 2020, an invoice for the total cost of the requested exhibit space will be sent to the exhibitor and must paid at once in order for the Exhibitor to receive space assignment. To allow the exhibitor to build their stand, all invoices should be paid before the first day of the construction period.
