At the exhibition there are stands available with all kinds of sizes with a minimum size of 16 m2. After receiving this booking-form you will receive a stand proposal from the organizer, based on the requested size and preferences. As soon as the stand location is accepted by the exhibitor, the organizer will send a confirmation letter together with the first invoice. Stand allocation is at the discretion of the organizers and will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Confirmed location may be subject to change.

Co-exhibitors are only admissible if they fulfil the conditions for participation in the event and the information request on this application form for co-exhibitors has been entered correctly. Co-exhibitors are subject to the same conditions as the exhibitor.

First invoice of 50% will be sent after signing the application form.
Second invoice of 50% will be sent four months before the start of the event (January 2022).
In case the Application is made within 5 months before the start of the event (from December 2021 on), there will be only 1 invoice for 100% of the booking costs.
Invoices should be paid within 14 days after the invoice date.
