VICTAM AND GRAPAS INTERNATIONAL 2022 - STAND BOOKING FORM- BINDING CONTRACT

The Exhibition is held at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
The layout of the halls provides a large number and varied sizes of exhibition stands. Exhibitors can build their own stand or choose for a complete or upgraded shell scheme package offered by the organizer. This form is only to assign for stand space as stand building packages offered by the organizer should be ordered separately using the order form in the exhibitor portal. For this portal all exhibitors will receive login details in due time.

Please note exhibitors who booked space only, you need to send you the stand design for approval before the 1st of March 2022.

At the exhibition there are stands available with all kinds of sizes with a minimum size of 16 m². After receiving this booking-form you will receive a stand proposal from the organizer, based on the requested size and preferences. As soon as the stand location is accepted by the exhibitor, the organizer will send a confirmation letter together with the first invoice. Stand allocation is at the discretion of the organizers and will not be confirmed until first 50% invoice has been paid. Confirmed location may be subject to change.

• Pre-booking: Application form between April 1 and May 31, 2021
• Early bird: Application form before September 30, 2021

Additional Fees and taxes: Euro 1.175-, including:
• Registration fee
• Environmental tax
• Communication fee including company info at web portal and online and hard copy catalogue

Payment conditions:
• First invoice of 50% will be sent after signing the application form
